Xerces Society is focused on the conservation of invertebrates and their habitats. Their key program areas are pollinator conservation, endangered species conservation, and reducing pesticide use and impacts.
Monarch Watch is an education, conservation and research program. Their Free Milkweeds for Habitat Restoration program grants free milkweed plants to restoration projects, schools and non-profits.
The Monarch Milkweed Project seeks to increase the supply of milkweed available to monarch butterflies both along their migration path and in Solano County. The non-profit is the driving force behind the Bay Area Butterfly Festival.
The Monarch Joint Venture is a partnership of federal and state agencies, non-governmental organizations, businesses and academic programs working together to protect the monarch migration across the United States.
The Pollinator Posse develops and encourages pollinator-friendly landscaping and fosters appreciation for local ecosystems through outreach, education, community science and habitat creation.
The Solano County RCD provides direct assistance to landowners and residents to help manage and protect their soil, water, wildlife and more. The offer many resources, including how to create your own pollinator habitat.
The Vallejo People's Garden is a collaboration of many different individual volunteers and partner organizations in Vallejo. All of these volunteers and supporters became involved because they believe in one (or more) of the VPG's purposes:

Grow organic fruits and vegetables for those who are most in need
